Apitron - Sales and refunds policy
Payments processing
We rely on certified payment providers to process your payments, and once we get notified that you made the payment - the license gets issued and sent immediately. In rare cases, it may take up to a few business days for payment to become processed, however we do not expect it to take more than three(3) business days.
Refunds policy
If you change your mind before the license is sent to you, the refund can be requested by email and we'll refund the sum paid minus the eventual commisions imposed by the payment providers. Otherwise, if the license has been issued and sent to you and considered to be in use, no refunds will be made. Please consult our sales and support representatives with any questions you might have before purhasing the license.
